Description
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Officer to manage end-to-end visa processing, employee onboarding, medical coordination, insurance administration, and government-related documentation.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on UAE experience in employment visa processing, medical procedures, Emirates ID coordination, labor contracts, and employee mobilization within EPC or engineering environments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complete employment visa lifecycle (new visa, renewal, cancellation, status change).
Coordinate medical fitness tests, Emirates ID biometrics, stamping, and related government processes.
Liaise with PROs, government portals, and typing centers for visa and labor matters.
Handle employee onboarding documentation including offer letters, contracts, MOHRE submissions, and personnel file management.
Process and monitor medical insurance enrollment, renewals, upgrades, and deletions.
Coordinate mobilization requirements for site-based staff.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
Support offboarding processes including visa cancellation and final settlements.
Track visa expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
Coordinate with Finance for visa, medical, and insurance payments.
Support internal HR audits and compliance requirements.
Requirements
Key Requirements
3–5 years of UAE experience in HR operations with strong focus on visa and onboarding.
Hands-on experience with:
Employment visas & renewals
Medical fitness processing
Emirates ID procedures
MOHRE system
Insurance administration
Experience in EPC, construction, telecom, or utility projects preferred.
Strong understanding of UAE labor law and compliance requirements.
Strong familiarity with Abu Dhabi visa procedures, medical processing, and insurance requirements is highly preferred.
Excellent coordination and documentation skills.
Ability to handle multiple employee mobilizations simultaneously.
